1. Situation:
We have Domino server which hardware config is: 2 x PIII-1000
1280 MB RAM
1 x 18 GB HDD SCSI-160
4 x 36 GB HDD SCSI-160
2 x 100 MBit Ethernet
With this configuration we have about 600 users working with mail (SMTP/Notes/IMAP/, corporate web access, base maintance, antivirus, about 50 permanent tasks on server.
2. Question:
I suppose, this server configurtaion is not enough for work. Server is working slow, shut down and startup is very slow. Sometimes it crushes down after overload. I wonder if there's any config calculator for Domino server. Or I need an answer - WHICH CONFIGURATION, YOU THINK, IS ENOUGH FOR NORMAL WORK?
